Bow-Wow Meow is a non-accredited diploma-mill for dogs and cats. Founded in December, 2006, it is located in the very dogmatic (and catmatic) town of Croydon, Pennsylvania.
In our Undergraduate Division, we have President Rover Barkingham III and Chairdog Woofy D. Topdog. Professor Topdog also is Chairdog of the Dogmanities Department.
In our Graduate Division, we have President Cleo B. Finicky and Chairman Meow. Our Catmanities Department has many distinguished guest meowers.
